Snow-covered Moran Hill

Moran Hill, which has long been noted for its unique scenery in Pyongyang, unfolds its snowscape in winter.

It is called so because the chain of peaks looks like a just blown peony blossom (moran in Korean).

The mysterious and harmonious landscape, dense forests and various kinds of flowers blossoming in every season add much to its scenery. In particular, snowscape of Moran Hill evokes rich and characteristic emotions to the people.
